The Beneteau 473 is a renowned sailing yacht, blending performance with comfort, making it a preferred choice for cruisers worldwide. Its spacious design, modern amenities, and reliable performance ensure that sailors can journey long distances with confidence and ease. Notably, the Beneteau 473's excellence was recognized when it clinched the prestigious "Boat of the Year" award in 2001.

The 2001 Beneteau 473 "Sanctuary" looks like a 10-year-old boat due to its owner and previous owner taking such outstanding care.

General Specs:

Two Cabin/ Two Head layout with large aft storage locker, shoal draft, in-mast furling, bow thruster, generator, reverse cycle heat and air, wind generator, davits, RIB, and new outboard motor.

Notable Upgrades since 2021:
