This Lancer 44 has been in the FRESH WATER of the Great Lakes since New. She is Powered by the Optional Twin Perkins 4-108 Fresh Water Cooled Diesels REBUILT in 2015-16 winter layup have 222 Port- 207Stb. Hours since rebuild. Cruising at 2800 RPM she will get 4 Miles Per Gallon and average about 7.5 Knots. Accommodations & Layout

The master stateroom is forward with a centerline queen size island bed.  Lots of storage and a huge hanging locker.

Next aft to port is the guest stateroom with a generous double bed as a lower berth and a single bunk above.  Across from the guest stateroom is the head with shower.

Next aft on port is the huge U-shaped galley.  There is a oversize refrigerator with freezer and a deep freeze with a cold plate.  She has a 3 burner propane stove and  hot and cold pressure water.  Across from the galley to starboard is the navigation station.  This location puts the nav station  just in front of the helm.

Three steps up to the main salon and pilothouse.  To port along the galley bulkhead, is the dining area.  This is a beautiful custom built dinette with nice cushions and storage throughout. To starboard is the helm with captain's chair on a rotating base and the main seating area is aft to port.  This is a great open living area, with lots of light and newer windows with screens.   To starboard aft the salon opens to the rear deck cockpit.
