40' Mariner Vessel Walkthrough

From the fiberglass swimplatform, you enter the aftdeck via the transom gate to find a combination molded-in steps and stainless steel ladder to the flybridge or you can walk out either side deck or enter the salon via the sliding teak glass door. Once inside the salon, you will find a benchseat with storage starboard aft, galley refrigeration to starboard, lower helm with a side deck access door starboard forward, entertainment/storage cabinetry port aft, L-shaped seating with storage and a double pedestal, folding teak table to port and the galley port forward. Walk forward and step down to find a guest stateroom with over/under bunks to port, the head with an enclosed shower to starboard and the master stateroom with an island queen size berth forward. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.

The headroom in the salon is 6'6", 6'10" in the master stateroom, 6'8" in the guest stateroom, 6'7" in the shower, 6'7" on the aftdeck and 6'8" on the flybridge. The master stateroom berth is 6'6" long and the guest stateroom berths are 6'2" long.

The height from the waterline to the flybridge windscreen is 12'6".

Dixieland offers a master stateroom forward with an island queen size berth and a guest stateroom to port with over/under single size bunks. The head with enclosed shower is to starboard, across from the guest stateroom.
