Your writer was associated with the team who took over Allied in its very early stages and assisted i n its formation into an excellent US based fiberglass auxiliary sailboat manufacturer. The owner of ROLLING HOME and his wife are very experienced offshore sailors who have improved the vessel over the years in many ways. The custom fitted entire teak lining of the cockpit and the custom fitted cutter rig are just two of the many improvements they have professionally developed for safe and comfortable off and along shore cruising.

This Allied Princess is insured for $100,000 due to her totally custom built cutter rig and heavily improved entirely different aft cockpit area and customized interior arrangement. The owner has a new cruising catamaran and is highly motivated to effect a prompt sale.

The aft cockpit is beautifully treated with varnished teak throughout and features a pedestal Edson combination steering station and full cockpit cushions.

Entering from the aft fully screed cockpit there is a complete galley opposite the very spacious navigation area. On the port side aft of the navigation area there is sumptuous storage space aft of the navigation area up to quarter berth length .Forward into the main salon there are opposing ample settee fore and aft berths followed by a spacious bath with a sturdy Wilcox Crittenden head with hanging lockers opposite. The forward cabin has ample V berths with a centerline filler and very comfortable mattresses in hand. Forward of this is the anchor storage.

It should be noted as an important maintenance aside that the decks are all fiberglass.
