DIANE carries a three stateroom layout sleeping six with a full-beam master stateroom with ensuite head and shower along with a large guest stateroom with head and shower located off the aft companionway. Guest quarters are forward with the head and shower.

The AFT DECK is entered through either port or starboard teak wing doors with a full eisenglass enclosure. The teak aft deck features two wicker love seats, wicker cocktail tables and four chairs.
