This CC 37 has had a complete refit in Fall 2014 to Spring 2015 with additional items added-upgraded in 2016. Equipped with Air Conditioning Generator. The Seller has even had Doug Wright one of the most respected surveyors in California perform a survey sea trial on the yacht that we can share with you.

Beautiful very well kept and upgraded CC 37 originally delivered to fresh water, Lake Texoma in 1983 and has been owned by the current owners since fall 2001. Amazing Grace has only had two years of salt water use in San Diego and shows much newer than her age. Amazing Grace needs a new home with caring owner that will continue to use and maintain the boat to present standards.

Fast, comfortable mid 80s cruiser / racer easily handled by husband and wife with deeper keel and rudder provide excellent pointing ability. Electronics, lighting and safety upgraded to present standards. All boats systems and rigging have been meticulously inspected, upgraded and maintained. Competitive Main and Jib racer.

Interior has a v berth with filler forward, two settee berths in the main saloon and a queen quarter berth aft on starboard. Boat sleeps six. Main saloon folding table seats four. All interior cushions are covered in black. Cockpit cushions closed cell foam.
Galley with double sinks 3 burner cook top and over. With deep large freezer / refrigerator to port. Oversized house battery system, G enerator, AC/Reverse cycle heat.
