This Catalina 310 is a must see! "The Porch" is a one-owner, well-maintained example of the spacious Catalina 310. She's powered by the reliable Universal M-25 with only 796 hours and features a wing keel with 4'10" draft. Other features include A/C, 600w inverter, anchor windlass, and dinghy davits.
Also included is an AB 9'6" rigid inflatable boat (RIB) with a 4hp Yamaha four stroke as well as a Torqeedo electric motor (6hp equivalent).
Did I mention she's turn-key? Don't miss out on this one.
The Catalina 310 designed by VP Gerry Douglas of Catalina, took an innovative approach by incorporating "big cruising boat" ideas and features in an easily handled and stable 31' cruiser.
The cockpit (with cushions) comfortably seats 6-8 and features a fold-down cockpit table, full dodger-bimini with connector, and aft stern seats with speakers mounted underneath.
The accommodations below are designed for two couples with one in the private forward cabin with a centerline double berth with innerspring mattress (custom bedding and linens included), and the second in the aft cabin with a full-beam queen berth.
To starboard is the complete "L" shaped galley near the companionway to easily serve crew in the cockpit. Forward on the starboard side is a two person settee with storage both above and below. Opposite to starboard next to the companionway is the head compartment with the toilet and shower. The "L" shaped dining settee is to port and has the option of a full dining table or a small cocktail table and has storage both above and below.
The master's cabin forward is generous in size, providing large amounts of fresh air with a fan, and a screened hatch and ports over the large centerline double berth with its custom inner spring mattress. All fixed glass and ports have white pleated shades. Generous storage is provided in four drawers under the berth and outboard in cedar lined lockers on both the port and starboard sides. Privacy can be assured with a bulkhead door as well as closing the cutout.
Above and outboard, the hatch and ports provide generous amounts of fresh air with additional appointments including fans, overhead lights, screens and shades. Throughout, the cabin soles are crafted in Teak and Holly for a beautiful appearance.
