Boat Description

The boat is powered with Ford Twin 427s engines paired to Paragon Transmissions. The Port Engine and Transmission have approximately 35 hours on complete rebuilds. The work was completed in spring of 2006, both the engine and transmission were removed, stripped down and rebuilt. The Starboard motor has approximately 800 Hours, I dont believe it has been rebuilt. This is a strong running motor.

New 16,000 BTU air conditioner with reverse heat.

The hull was sandblasted from the waterline down in the spring of 2005. The hull was inspected by a marine surveyor and welder who recommended a minimal amount of plating which was completed by a guy out of Kingsville, ON. The hull was finished with the Interlux epoxy system, as well as Interlux antifouling. All exterior woodwork was stripped, cleaned and refinished in the summer of 2005.

There is a 6.5 kilowatt Onan generator, it runs smooth and has been trouble free. It is capable of running all on board equipment (fridge, stereos, lights, tv, et cetera)
A Garmin Color GPS Chartplotter, VHF, CD Player/AM/FM radio with marine speakers (
As you can see, the interior is not typical 66 Chris interior...It is decorated in contemporary, neutral colors with well-finished teak. The interior was updated in 2005 with new carpeting, new upholstery, et cetera. The kitchen was redone by the prior owner and looks contemporary. The interior includes a 22 LCD and DVD (not shown in pictures), separate stereos for the cabin and bridge, the bridge system includes a CD player with Clarion Marine speakers. It will comfortably sleep four adults with the V berth and couch.

Other features include: coffee maker, microwave, electric cook top, new GE refrigerator, electric toilet, shower, hot and cold water throughout, new headliner and beautiful black counter top. In addition to the 2005 improvements, $50,000+ was put into the motoryacht conversion in the late 1990s. I met the gentleman who did the conversion at the Chris-Craft in-water boat (in Algonac) show in 2006, he has since done similar conversions on 2 other work speaks for itself, both this boat and the others (which were at the show) are real attention grabbers!
