Broker's Comments

Pelagic hasn’t exactly fallen on hard times…rather the interest has waned and the boat sits in storage with the systems winterized. There is a proper shrink wrap winter cover in place. The bottom paint is stripped off and is ready for repaint. The varnish is in good shape…not peeling and certainly does not need to be stripped. There was a Force 10 cabin heater that has been removed. All in all the boat is in good condition. As mentioned, the diesel has been removed and it’s condition is unknown…but it is included in the sale. Pelagic is in need of some maintenance…but is certainly a worthwhile project.
