OK, here is the deal!

The seller is having this boat delivered to a brokerage firm in WA at the end of next month. He feels he will have more buyers up there. He may be right! We have a short time to save him the hassle and expenses which in turn will save you money as well. If this style of yacht appeals to you, please reach out to me ASAP. You will not be disappointed in the condition and sea capabilities of this yacht.

This is a safe, strong and stylish yacht. She is equipped to do long distance cruising and is the only 52 on the market with active stabilization. I personally would not own this style of yacht without being stabilized. She has been professionally maintained and recently has had both cutlass bearings and dripless packing glands replaced. The after coolers were serviced a few years back and the engine room is very clean. If you want a quality yacht and can afford the best, then give me a call to schedule a viewing.
