The boat is conventional aft cockpit cutter rig with a deep draft, cutaway keel and rudder with skeg. She has heavy stainless, through bolted stanchions with double vinyl covered lifelines. A very nicely done stern pulpit incorporates a welded stern arch. The arch is strong with radar and solar panel mounted on top. There is a dinghy motor hoist to starboard, a fold down ladder for swimming and boarding and stern mounted self-steering windvane. On the bow there is a stainless bow roller fitting with two bronze rollers. On the starboard side roller is the main anchor, 45# CQR with 230 feet of 3/8 galvanized BBB chain, on the port side roller is a 35# CQR with chain lead and nylon road. The aluminum mast is stepped on the cabin top and a steel compression post transfers the load to the keel. All standing and running rigging have been replaced 2003-2004. The main conventional battened main sail with two slab reefs and was new in 2011. The Hood 120 percent roller furling genoa is in good condition a staysail, cruising chute with sock, storm jib, storm trysail on dedicated track and there is a high cut Yankee jib that was new in 2012 and is in excellent condition. The boat is cutter rigged and has a hank-on staysail that is also in good condition. There are ten high quality stainless steel Anderson winches. All ten are two speed and four are self-tailing.

There is also a straight settee to starboard with pilot berths up and outboard on both sides. On the main bulkhead to port is a diesel cabin heater, which has had little use.
