2007 Grand Banks 54 Eastbay SX

PARADOX , A beautiful well-kept 54 Grand Banks has had several recent updates to include new teak cockpit, paint and varnish. Shafts were removed and checked and reinstalled with new seals. Vessel Walkthrough

One Owner Boat, the owners of this vessel used this boat as a cruising vessel only, Never lived aboard. Walking through the center salon door is large couch to port with TV remote into cabinet between to swivel club chairs. Moving forward to Helm and chart table, 2 Stidd Chairs for comfort. 5-step center staircase down to Galley and dinette settee. Galley is on port with full cooktop and undermount convection oven. Settee has dining for up to 6. Moving forward along port side is Guest Stateroom with 2 single beds, night table, lots of storage under bunks and cabinets. Guest Head and shower to starboard. Master Stateroom has a queen berth, dresser, closet and full head.

PARADOX - The owner is one of the most knowledgeable owners I have ever met in the industry. He has built 4 boats and is very detailed oriented. There is no finer rendition of a 54 GB SX Eastbay on the Planet. I have been the Project Manager and Captain of this boat for the last year while the refit was ongoing. The list of spare parts, filters, etc. will all be going with the vessel.
