Congratulations and thank you for making your way to the listing for this very rare, turn key, and well maintained one-owner 2007 Hunt Harrier 25.

This beautiful cuddy-cabin runabout has received great care. The original owner purchased this vessel new from the dealer in San Diego, CA and immediately brought it up to San Francisco where it lived on a boat lift in Belvedere, CA and was enjoyed by the owner and his family for many years.

More recently, she has been kept in the water in a slip in Sausalito CA and used for trips to Angel Island, recreational fishing with the kids, and enjoying the beautiful San Francisco Bay.

This vessel has led a comfortable life with minimal use and regular maintenance. Of course shes not a brand new boat, and there may be a few small items needing attention, but in the summer of 2014, she was brought in for an inspection and service of several important components. Following this period, she was given a clean bill of health.

More recently, in the spring of 2015, she was treated to a sparkling new coat of AwlGrip paint, Flag Blue of course! The original gelcoat finish had grown a bit faded, and the owner knew whomever her new owner would be would want to see her in all of her glory. Over $15k has been spent to make sure she is ready for her next owner.

Growing children and more travel mean she is now on the market and seriously for sale.

With the classic styling and award winning pedigree of Hunt designs, you can be sure that this beautiful Hunt Harrier 25 will be a safe and sound investment providing many enjoyable years on the water. You will be turning heads whenever you pull up to a yacht club or restaurant dock, and equally so as you fly by at speeds up to nearly 50mph!

This nicely equipped turn key vessel is offered at $119,000 which is an amazing value given the recent upgrades, options, and scarcity on the west coast!

The hull construction is solid E-glass laminate below the waterline with f oam-cored topsides, foam-cored E-glass stringers, and a v inylester osmosis barrier.

Details like a white painted bilge, color-matched c ustom louvered vents, and Herreshoff-style molded interior liner show the attention to detail put into this construction.

Decks are E-glass fabric with foam-cored laminate molded non-skid pattern, an anchor locker molded into the foredeck with a hinged hatch, and two lockers molded into the transom with drains.

Mooring is easy with pop-up stainless steel cleats (4x8) for the stern and midships, and one 10 bow cleat with two stainless steel pop up bow chocks. Four stainless steel pad eyes allow easy attachment of fenders.

A large Lewmar cabin hatch is located on the foredeck along with a screen, and all deck fill fittings are stainless as well.

The windshield frame is a powder-coated white with integrated hand rails, side vents and Solex glass. Also included are Pantograph wipers on both port and starboard.

The large swim platform is made of teak, and houses a stainless steel swim ladder. A custom varnished teak staff flies the US flag and is mounted into a stainless steel socket.

There are a plethora of well placed drink holders, and two stainless steel rod holders.

This vessel comes with the optional teak coaming boards, cockpit boarding steps, and toe rails

A beautiful Corian counter top with stainless steel cold-water pressure sing and 12-volt stainless steel Isotherm refrigerator and waste bin make for a functional wet bar on the starboard side.

A large bimini top with stainless steel supports comfortable covers the cockpit, and for those looking to rinse off after a swim, there is a cold-water pressure shower at the transom.

The small but spacious cabin is accessed from the teak companionway door and hatch. Comfortable seated headroom is available down below with ample storage under the V Berth and in a storage locker to port.

Under the V Berth filler cushion is a manual head with a Y-valve for discharge overboard or to the holding tank.
