DREAMING OF COASTAL CRUISING?

OR OCEAN VOYAGING?

WHATEVER YOUR PLAN

THIS WELL-EQUIPPED YA CHT

CAN ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL

PRICED TO SELL!!

Cats Paws is an Island Packet 44, one of the companys largest and most luxurious aft cockpit designs. It offers exceptional safety and seakeeping; unmatched comfort and liveability; and superb craftsmanship and materials combined with sparkling performance. Owned for the past 13 years by a retired professional Captain and his wife who have cruised her extensively, she has been lovingly maintained and upgraded and it shows!

Cats Paws has been consistently professionally serviced, is well equipped and spotlessly clean. With one of the most innovative and well appointed interiors to ever appear in a yacht of this size range, the 44s accommodations are focused on both the requirements of extended cruising and a comfortable lifestyle when living aboard. Two large double staterooms, well separated for privacy and each with its own head and shower, combine with an expansive central living area to provide a gracious setting for entertaining or cruising with family and friends. Its roomy, open and bright layout boasts a comfortable salon, large galley, customized walk-in closet in the forward head, and vanity and bathtub aft. A true offshore boat, she has regularly cruised the Atlantic Coast, Chesapeake Bay, New England and Maine. One of a small number of early 44s designed and built with a draft of 5 7 rather than the standard 4 10, Cats Paws is a more spirited and stable performer and has been Overall and Cruising Class winner of prestigious distance races.
