A proven blue-water catamaran, ZORBA has an impressive pedigree and is fully equipped for your blue water sailing adventures. ZORBA circumnavigated the globe and has continued sailing extensively in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Sometimes considered the largest sailboat a single owner/couple/family can sail without professional crew, the Lagoon 560 provides comfortable living space while also offering impressive performance. ZORBA sustained some minor superficial damage in the BVI’s during Irma years ago but has since traveled over nearly 20,000 nautical miles all over the Caribbean and then back across the Atlantic and around the Mediterranean demonstrating her seaworthiness.
The current owners are completing their dream of a one year, full-time sailing and traveling experience as a family but (sadly) have to return to “normal life” and so are listing their beloved home for sale, presenting an exciting opportunity for a new owner.
Originally fully equipped with the best available, ZORBA has always been privately owned and never charted. The current owners did an extensive refit prior to moving aboard to ensure ZORBA is in excellent condition with some excellent upgrades such as:
New Yanmar 100 hp engines under 600hrs (2022)
New sails (2022)
New running rigging (2022)
New lithium battery bank (2022)
New water maker (2022)
New appliances (2022)
ZORBA is truly ready to set sail again with her new owners and is optimally positioned for immediate use.
