These are well designed and executed boats with character and the design pedigree of Ted Brewer. This ‘Arctic 25’ is in good condition for its’ age. Inside steering and 6’2” headroom in a boat of this length is certainly extraordinary.
The Brewer-designed Koch-built mini-cruiser is based on the chined hull of a sharpie and the versatile function of a trailerable boat. The Nimble 25 Arctic, has remarkable features -- on the one hand she's rugged and well built, has cruising accommodations in well under 30 feet, is trailerable, has an easily handled sail plan and the ability to poke into undiscovered anchorages.

The yacht sleeps 4 and has 6’2” headroom. Vee berth forward with hanging locker to starboard and a semi-private head to port. The galley is to port in the main cabin and the lower helm station is to starboard. There is an amidships folding table and settee berths port and starboard which convert to pilot chairs. The galley has a slide out single burner stove, under the step cooler, stainless steel sink and counter-space. There is a 10 gallon fresh water tank.
The interior has a fiberglass headliner, solid teak trim; teak veneer cabinetry, teak and holly sole and green/gray tweed type fabric upholstery.
Two opening hatches in the forward cabin promote ventilation throughout the boat, bring in ambient light and provide easy access to ground tackle on the foredeck in anchoring situations. The cockpit is deep and secure, with coamings that not only support ones back when seated but also, by virtue of their width, provide elevated seating on the rails in nice weather. The cockpit settees are long enough to stretch out or even sleep on. Forward of the cabin house, a proprietary Nimble tabernacle supports the deck-stepped spar. It provides for relatively simple stepping and unstepping of the rig for those who truly take advantage of the boats trailerable feature.
