Aeolius has been well maintained and upgraded through the years. Present owner purchased her in 2005 and has sailed in the Chesapeake Bay out of Solomons. She is hauled every winter and stored on land. Every spring they have the hull waxed and the bottom painted, they had the bottom soda blasted in 2008. Every third year the sails are cleaned and inspected.

She is a desirable boat for the Chesapeake with her fixed keel and centerboard allowing for shoal draft in skinny water. Her interior cushions have been replaced and are a lovely mid tone blue. She is clean and neat and ready for her next owner.

Aeolius has a lovely interior with upgraded cushions throughout, coupled with her teak bulkheads, cabinets and trim, makes for a warm yet bright interior. Starting forward is the private stateroom with V-berth, filler for a full athwartships berth. Lockers and drawers to port, opening ports and an overhead hatch for nice ventilation. Next to starboard is her enclosed head with toilet, vanity and shower all in one.

The main salon has port and starboard settees with a bulkhead mounted dining table that stows away opening up the salon but also folds down to accommodate a family for dinner. Shelving and lockers outboard for plenty of storage. Opening ports forward and an overhead hatch for additional ventilation.

All the way aft to port is the very well appointed U-shaped sea galley. Opposite to port is the large navigation station followed by a comfortable quarter berth. Centerline companionway leads to the cockpit as well as access to the engine. Two large fixed ports on port and starboard give plenty of light and have custom curtains throughout.

She has a very comfortable cockpit with new Edson pedestal and a custom aft cushion for the helm. All lines are led aft for ease in single handling. Her deck space offers plenty of room to get around and the bimini and dodger with connector gives one plenty of shade in the cockpit.

Her U-shaped Sea galley is well appointed and has plenty of storage space as well as food preparation counter space. Lockers outboard as well as dish storage and large pan storage under counter.
