Engines and Systems
This yacht is powered by twin Ford Lehman turbo charged diesels at 225 HP each. These move this yacht at a comfortable 14 knots at 2100 RPM's with very low fuel usage. It is equipped with a diesel 8 KW Westerbeke generator. This yacht has had required maintenance every year- oil changes, fuel filters, water filters even with the few hours it was used. It is in fresh water and has been hauled and shrink wrapped since I owned her. Bottom was painted in May 2011 with Pettit Hydro Coat. Both shaft logs have been replaced and all new aluminum zincs installed. There is also an additional set of bronze props for those who want to do long cruises.
