This is a clean, well thought out sailboat. Just about everything that is important to single hand a sailboat has been addressed and is new. The mechanics are extremely well thought out, clearly labeled, electronically monitored and VERY CLEAN! The only things this boat could use are an integrated A/C system and maybe a water maker, however, those are personal choice items. This boat is very economical as it doesn’t need a generator, just the solar to maintain all systems. A lot of extras you normally would not see on an 80’s model S2. All documents and invoices included. 2019 Survey justifies asking price as more upgrades were added after the survey.
