This Ultra has an overall length of 24 feet, 11 inches and sports an overwide 8-foot, 9-inch beam, the Ultra 255 SE is the flagship of the "Ultra family comfort center console" lineup.

There is an "ultra" roomy aft bench seat positioned across the entire width of the transom, a doublewide aft-facing bench at the back of the fiberglass leaning post, plus a pair of up/down cushioned bolster seats at the helm.
