Boat Description

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, well-maintained, and updated 38-42 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht with low hour diesel engines generator, then this 2001 Silverton 392 SideWalk model is your next boat. Mi Lady has been loved and pampered by her owners, and queen of the cruise club for her yacht club for the past 9 years.

Mi Lady was surveyed in July 2016 by a very experienced and well-respected Accredited Marine Surveyor, his Assistant, and an equally experienced and well-respected Accredited Mechanical Surveyor representing Buyers who had a personal family tragedy several days later so could not follow through with the purchase. However, the survey reports are available to purchase for half price. All the Surveyors recommendations are considered minor and mostly deferred maintenance, but the Seller has had nearly all of the deficiencies corrected and both engines received full annual service in August 2016, including removal and cleaning of all heat exchangers on the Port engine, oil, filter impeller changes on both engines, and a new raw water pump on the Starboard engine. Call for more details documentation.

Manufacturer & Powerboat Guide Descriptions

Heres what Silverton had to say about their own popular model:

The Silverton 392 Motor Yacht, with its innovative SideWalk Flybridge steps, offers much improvement in safety, space utilization, and mobility. Never before has going forward been so easy and so safe. High bulwarks, sturdy rails, and wide steps allow passengers to move easily all around the boat. The added benefit lies below in the gunnel to gunnel salon that rivals boats 10 feet longer. By opening up the salon, both full-width and full-length, owners can entertain, dine, or just relax in this truly spacious atmosphere. Fore and aft are equally sumptuous staterooms, and private heads with stall showers. Both staterooms even have standard innerspring mattresses for sleeping comfort.

Heres what the independent and objective Powerboat Guide has to say about this model:

A huge sales success in spite of her top-heavy appearance, those looking for an affordable, maxi-volume cruising yacht will find much to like in the Silverton 372 Motor Yacht (called the 392 MY from 19992001). By eliminating the side decks in favor of elevated staircaseswhat the company called SideWalks Silverton designers were able to produce a distinctive midsize motoryacht whose salon dimensions are truly expansive for a boat this size.

She rides on a high-freeboard modified-V hull with a solid fiberglass bottom and wide 14-foot, 1-inch beam. Hands down, the principal feature of the Silverton 372/392 is her enormous full-beam salon complete with cherry joinery, Ultraleather sofa, large dinette, and full-service galley. There are double berths in both staterooms (neither of which are especially roomy thanks to the huge salon), and each head contains a separate stall shower.

Topside, the flybridge is arranged with bench seating fore and aft of the helm console. The afterdeck came standard with a hardtop, wet bar, and rear bench seat. Note the curved staircase descending to the swim platform.

MiLady has one of the largest Salons Galley you will find in a yacht of this size range. Her carpets are protected with removable Sunbrella Covers, and her exquisitely maintained Cherry cabinetry with plenty of storage in all areas provides for comfortable long range cruising. Two Private Staterooms, each with double beds with innerspring mattresses, an ensuite head with a vanity, sink, VacuFlush toilet, plenty of storage, and private stall shower, provide privacy for two cruising couples, and the Salon Sofa converts to a double bed for additional guests. The forward head offers dual access; from the hallway, as well as from the Guest Stateroom.

Corian Countertops throughout, plus rich varnished Cherry cabinetry and Dinette table, quality window blinds and curtains, ultra-suede upholstery, plush carpeting protected by removable Sunbrella Covers, and areas of hardwood flooring, make this 2001 Silverton 392 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht stand out from the crowd.

Engines, generator, and other mechanical electrical systems are easily accessed via removable floor hatches in the salon and dinette areas; each with convenient ladders.

Covered and dry living space abounds on this Motor Yacht as you step up from the interior to the fully-enclosed Hardtop Sundeck with complete wet-bar and up a few more stairs to the fully-enclosed Flybridge, with additional seating for all your guests. Clear vinyl windows, new in 2015, provide a fantastic view of your surroundings, and great visibility from the Helm for the Captain; and all the zippered window panels can easily be opened or removed.

MiLady has a mid-level Galley, perfect for entertaining because it is surrounded by windows for a 270 degree view, and centrally located without dividers from the Salon and Dinette. The Hardwood floor in this area is attractive and easy to clean, plus there is excellent storage above and below the generous Corian Countertops. The Galley features:
