Additional Comments
Stamas has been recognized for building strong, seaworthy vessels since the 1960's. They have continued to innovate and raise the standards of quality boat building since opening in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Their expertise in fiberglass boat building led them to develop boats for the US and foreign militaries, patrol boats for law enforcement agencies and research/exploration vessels as well. Many features that have become standard on boats were Stamas innovations. Fiberglass inner liners and self- bailing cockpits were created at Stamas.
