Sweet Chariotis a 1999, Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 Custom built in genuine Jeanneau tradition in France. She is one of the brightest jewels of Jeanneau. She was designed to stand up to all that the sea can deliver. This impressive sailboat represents the harmonious balance between performance, comfort, and elegance. She is a 3 cabin/2 head layout. The master stateroom is forward. A standard head is in the cabin area. Next is the huge main saloon area with a huge galley to port and a large comfortable settee to to starboard with center-line bench around a deluxe folding teak table. The large navigation station to starboard is angled 45 degrees so it is possible to work comfortably on any angle of heel. Access to the fresh-water pressure unit and the filters are under the chart table. The main electric panel, radio-cassette, and an opening cockpit roof light with privacy screen are located in the nav area. Aft are identical cabins with double berths The master cabin is forward with an island queen berth. The mattress comes with removable fabric covers. The thickness is 5 and has battens underneath for moisture control. The water tank is located under the berth. All interior wood is rich teak. Two lateral stowage shelves, a large hanging locker to starboard and a large mirror on the bulkhead make this cabin extremely livable. There is one large drawer under the berth and more stowage lockers to port. 4 deck hatches with blinds, halogen overhead reading lights, spotlights for reading give plenty of ventilation and light. Head room is 63.5 The identical cabins aft has double berths with removable fabric covers on the mattress. Mattress thickness is 5. The aft cabins have 1 opening port and 1 opening deck hatch for ventilation and light and are equipped with privacy screens. Both cabins have a hanging locker and a stowage unit with a shelf. Access to the side of the engine is in this area. Under the port berth is the battery tray and stowage area. Starboard side has the fuel tank with shut-off in same area. Headroom is 65.

Hull & Deck

The most appreciable feature on deck are the twin Helms. With this design, you have an open passageway on-center aft to the swim platform through two swinging doors in the transom. This is great for swimming at anchor, especially considering the folding stepladder for easy boarding and a fresh pressure water shower at your fingertips on the swim platform. Having two Helms to choose alsoallows foreffective steering without having to eliminate headroom from the twin aft cabins below.
