Albemarle is known for excellent ride quality, and now you can have the fuel efficiency and reliability of a newer O/B for a lower price than a new boat.   This transition between a I/O to O/B was completed a couple years ago by Nansemond Marine in Suffolk, Va. The old engine compartment was decked over, which provides much better fishing capabilities. Before the doing the project the stringers where checked and fuel tank was pressure tested.
