One of the original Blackfin hulls that was repowered with CAT diesels.  One of the best offshore boats of its size, Charles Jannace designed, a deep-Vee bottom of solid fiberglass with a low center of gravity.  This boat had one owner for 19 years and current owner has had the boat since 2019.  A sound and functional vessel which has some cosmetic needs.  Easy to see in Pompano Beach, FL the contained information is current as are the pictures.

Accommodations and Walkthrough:

Cabin is two steps down from the cockpit deck through the teak salon door.  Large side windows are fixed and there are front deckhouse windows which can be hinge opened at the lower end (they have been caulked closed).  On the aft bulkhead are two slide opening windows.  The sole has vinyl teak and holly flooring and the layout has a 4 seat dinette to the port side with tan leather-like vinyl and a fold-in-half teak table with storage beneath.  To starboard just behind the salon door is the electrical panel and A/C controls (currently inoperative).  Just ahead is the entry to the head with electric head, vanity sink top, mirror, and cabinets.  There is a drain in the floor if using the faucet wand for a shower.  Next forward on the starboard side is the galley area with stainless steel basin sink and generous countertop.  GE microwave is on the counter and a Isotherm stainless front refrigerator with small freezer compartment inside is below.  Moving forward there is a hanging locker to the port and then a V-berth with blue canvas cushions.  These cushions and the dinette cushions have upholstered terry cloth covers on them.  A door forward accesses the anchor locker.  The V-berth has a filler piece and cushion, plus the dinette table can be lowered and converted to a berth, potentially accommodating 4 friends for overnight.  This cabin trimmed with  teak drawers, counter sea rails, edged cabinet doors, plus door and window frames.  Sliding cabinet cubby doors have been replaced with Lexan.  There are a couple of hanging rod holders above each side of the V-berth and above the dinette.  An Insignia TV is on a wall mount by the galley.  The main cabin headliner has been renewed although the V-berth area is incomplete.  The head door has been removed although there is an opaque curtain.

Cockpit:

Generous sized cockpit with non-skid finish, with two pedestal mounted roto-cast, gimbal equipped fighting chairs with cushions. There are 7 flush-mounted rod holders in the gunwale. There are hose connections for a livewell and a saltwater washdown as well as a freshwater washdown. There is a teak swim platform on the transom (new '20). The forward end of the cockpit has engine boxes with cushions and these are shaded by the flybridge overhang.  A pair of stereo speakers are mounted on the outboard wing panels and a stereo remote control is mounted just inside the cabin door. The outrigger bases are Lee Senior and the poles are downsized to only the upper sections with a single spreader (they are easily removable from the bases if you want to save drawbridge openings). Two deck hatches access bilge storage areas and a center aft hatch accesses the aft bilge pump and rudder table. There is cockpit lighting. On either side of the cockpit are teak boarding treads where someone might step up before going to the bow or getting on and off the boat. There are 9 rocket launcher-style rod holders on the aft flybridge railing.

Flybridge:

Access to the bridge is up a two-step ladder from the rear of the port engine box. The bridge features a centerline steering station on a console with a passenger riding bench seat in front of the helm. There is a venturi windscreen and stainless steel safety railing around the top of the bridge. The overhead top is a welded aluminum half tower with a laced canvas top (white on top, light blue under). This top was custom built to have no forward sight obstructions for the helmsman. It has an overhead speaker for the Vhf radio and an aft florescent light. The helm seat is a Pompanette style bench seat mounted on two pedestals. Centerline in front of the stainless steel helm wheel is a magnetic Ritchie Powerdamp compass.  A Rockville marine stereo system (Bluetooth) was added with amp and speakers.  Grey SeaDek cushioned decking with blue trim was added to flybridge.  There is an enclosure not in use rolled up under the console (condition unknown).
