Looking for a exceptionally well cared for Carver 406 Motor Yacht, then this is the boat for you. The current owner has had this boat since 2000 and the care level is incredible. From first glance the boat has a chine that shows years of quality care, the exterior features Large walk arounds making getting to the bow easy, the large oversized bow rails make it safe and a bow sun pad adds a level of comfort. Step onboard and you will notice the oversized platform with storage box and molded steps taking you into the cockpit. The cockpit features a aft hard top and a beautiful full canvas enclosure that was new in 2021. The original cockpit carpeting is in the boat and shows beautifully, the solid wing doors are very convenient and a cockpit ice maker with sink and storage adds to the comfort. Access to the bridge is easy with molded steps and the bridge seating as expected is in near perfect condition. The helm is simple and clean and you'll notice a new Icom VHF Radio, easy to read and working gauges along with the cockpit stereo head unit. Step inside the cabin and the 13'10" beam is noticeable, with a huge living area and very open concept. High end upholstery, counter tops and wood work surround you and is all in beautiful condition. The L Shape Salon Sofa can recline and the large windows bring all the natural light you could want into the cabin, blinds and a forward windshield cover keeps the interior light free when needed. Step down into the Galley and Dinette area and you get a Cathedral Type feel with lots of open space giving this a cabin like feel. The galley is well equipped including a oven, 3/4 size refrigerator, Large Sink, Microwave and Lots of Storage. Across of the Galley is the Dinette, with comfortable soft upholstery and a very nice solid wood table. The Forward Head/Day Head is simple yet sizable, with Vacu Flush Heads, sink, storage and could be used as a shower. The Forward Stateroom is impressive in size with very good headroom, lots of storage space and the high end solid surface countertops continue throughout. Work your way back through to the Mast Stateroom and there is very little not to like, the size, attention to detail, wood work, storage and cleanliness is impressive. The Island Style Bed should add to the owners comfort and the private head with separate shower should impress. Commonly I do not write about engine rooms, but this one is noteworthy, the organization, cleanliness and overall care level should impress even the most discerning boat owner. The generator is a Kholer with only 94 hrs and runs perfectly, the MerCruiser Horizon Motors are Multi Port Injected and are closed cooling motors, making this a great boat if someone was looking to travel or do the Great Loop. This boat owner is particular about never having any water in the bottom of the boat, he always keeps through hull valves closed when not in use, when the owner is not at the boat every single item on board is shut off, prior to starting the boat after sitting for long periods the owner will put soap in his strainers to assure him that upon start up he sees the bubbles and knows he is pumping good water, refrigerator/ice maker are never kept on if the owner is not on board and this list of small items the owner does that shows incredible care.

Overall this Carver 406 Motor Yacht Should Not Disappoint Inside or Out, Mechanically or Cosmetically!
