This 2009 Hanse 540e BECHUE Offers a very unique opportunity to own a truly one of a kind fully update, outfitted and impeccably-maintained true bluewater cruiser, built by the world renowned Hanse yard in Greifswald, Germany.

The owner, a career naval architect, has poured his extensive training and significant knowledge as well as a lifetime of bluewater racing and cruising experience (including one and a half circumnavigations) into BECHUE. Being the original owner, he was extensively involved in the original build process overseeing every detail, and since her launching in 2010, has continued to improve and update her along the way.

Electrical Systems
The electrical system aboard BECHUE is a venerable work of art that would make any world cruiser jealous. She's fully self-sufficient under sail with a Hydrogenerator that provides continuous 30A power, supplemented by removable and stowable custom fit solar panels on the bimini top. All of this feeds a 600ah Lithium Ion house bank with a very comprehensive system monitor.
