Flipper is beautiful 2003 Holiday Mansion 400 Classic Wide Body that was a custom build and is a  one owner vessel .  The original owners have made many tasteful upgrades over the years and she has spent her entire life in freshwater under covered slips on the California Delta.  These original owners have enjoyed her since her first maiden voyage and are now moving onto another chapter in their lives and Flipper is ready for a new family to enjoy her on the hundreds of miles of the Delta and beyond.   

You enter the salon from a wide sliding door (screened) on the starboard side of the main salon where the lower helm is located along with convertible sofa to port and matching swivel chair to starboard.  The well-appointed galley is down two steps on the port side and there's a roomy convertible dinette opposite. The master stateroom is aft and features custom queen size full walk-around pedestal bed with a large storage area underneath.  There is also a private head with separate stall shower.  An extra hinged exit door (with screen) opens to the aft deck from the master stateroom if needed and allows additional natural light and fresh air.  Forward of the salon and down easy stairs is a second head to port and guest stateroom under the sole of the main salon / helm area. 

The exterior of Flipper is made for entertaining and enjoying fun in the sun whether cruising and exploring or anchoring out in your favorite getaway spot.  The foredeck is spacious and features a full-width built-in cushioned bench seat. Large side decks with stainless steel railings provide safe and easy access to the two-tier aft decks.  From the main deck level, a stainless steel ladder takes you down to the fiberglass swim platform. Or, up five mold steps, and you are on the huge open 2nd level deck that leads up three more steps to fly bridge with upper helm station complete with built-in cushioned seating all around for guests while underway.

She is powered by twin Volvo Penta 280 HP 5.7 Liter GI stern drives with low hours.  She also has an 8Kw Kohler generated for extended comfortable cruising and overnighting.
