Phase II is a 1984 40' Mainship Double Cabin trawler. She offers twin Perkins 185 HP main engines, Onan 8 kW generator, Magnum inverter, West Marine 2018 RIB tender with a Mercury 9.9 HP outboard and a 2 stateroom 2 head layout with a tub/shower in the master stateroom head and an enclosed shower in the guest stateroom head. Phase II is a two time Great Loop veteran and her sellers are still cruising and enjoying her, but they are ready to hand her over to new owners who will hopefully enjoy her just as much as they have.

40' Mainship Vessel Walkthrough

From the bimini covered sundeck, you can step up 2 steps to the bimini covered flybridge or step down a molded-in step to each side deck and enter the salon from either side deck. Once inside the salon, you will find the lower helm and side deck door starboard forward, electrical panels and storage cabinetry to starboard, 2 chairs and 2 cabinets starboard aft, counter and 2 stools port forward, side deck door to port, entertainment/storage cabinetry port aft. The full-beam master stateroom with ensuite head and tub/shower is aft. Walk forward and step down to find the down galley to port and then the guest stateroom with ensuite head and enclosed shower forward. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.

The headroom in the salon is 6'5", 6'2" in the master stateroom, 6' in the master stateroom tub/shower, 6'5" in the guest stateroom, 6'3" in the guest stateroom shower, 6'6" on the sundeck and 5'11" on the flybridge. The master stateroom berth is 6'1" long and the guest stateroom berths are 7'2" long.

The height above the waterline to the windscreen is 12'8", 15' to the top of the bimini and 16'5" to the top of the hinged mast.

Phase II offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with an ensuite head with a tub/shower; and a guest stateroom forward with a v-berth and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower.

The salon offers a side deck access door starboard forward, storage cabinetry to starboard, 2 lounge chairs and 2 cabinets starboard aft, entertainment and storage cabinetry port aft, side deck access door to port, a counter and 2 stools port forward, opening side and aft windows with blinds, shelves and engine room access.

The guest stateroom is forward and offers a v-berth with new mattresses in 2022, shelves, hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinets, reading lights, 2 overhead hatches with screens, full-length mirror, vinyl teak holly sole and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower.

40' Mainship Lower Helm

The lower helm is starboard forward and offers a side deck access door, engine controls and electronics as detailed in the electronics section of this presentation.

The flybridge offers a bimini, Eisenglass enclosure (2023), non-skid deck, Todd helmseat, Springfield mate seat, benchseat port and aft, shelf, engine controls, trim tab controls, anchor windlass control and electronics as detailed in the electronics section of this presentation.
