One of the more affordable boats her size during the late 1990s, the Ocean 45 Super Sport is a high-style convertible whose beautifully finished interior and excellent performance made her popular with hardcore anglers as well as family cruisers. Like all Ocean models, she is built on a low-deadrise, modified-V hull whose tapered design narrows considerably at the transom. The result is a fast and efficient hull form, Below decks, the two-stateroom floor plan of the 45 Super Sport is unique. The spacious master stateroom, with its angled double bed, is forward, and the en suite head compartment is in the bow. The guest stateroom has a slide-out single bunk and a double bed that extends beneath the salon dinette. On the deck house level, the salon, galley and dinette all combine to form a large and comfortable living area. Additional features include cockpit tackle centers, an offset bridge ladder, teak covering boards, transom door, and a spacious fly bridge. A great running boat with twin Detroit 485hp engines, the 45 Super Sport will cruise around 25 knots and reach a top speed of 30 knots. The fly bridge has Cruisair AC/Reverse cycle heat. Newer carpet and Amtico teak holly flooring installed in galley ,dinette, entry way to salon and both heads in November 2006. Owner downsizing and will consider a twin outboard powered center console as a partial trade.
