Classic USA-Built Offshore Sportfishing Yacht
Well known as a "fast ride for such a big boat" the Ocean 60 Super Sport is the traditional Jersey-style convertible. There is an enthusiastic following of offshore fishermen who seek the distinctive Ocean styling and solid build.
The Ocean 60 Super Sport rides on an efficient modified-V hull, tapered at the stern with a deep forefoot and plenty of flare at the bow.
The interior has comfort features and modern conveniences such as generator, AC, icemaker, full galley, electric heads and island berths in the main and VIP cabins.
Accommodations
This is a fishing and cruising yacht capable of comfortable overnight stays. The efficient floor plan includes three staterooms below the main deck, with a custom office/desk area. The dinette and galley are a step up from the main salon. The full beam salon allows for comfortable socializing.
The below deck layout is also notable in the full-beam main stateroom aft. A generous ensuite head with separate stall shower, vanity with drawers and hanging closets make for amenities loved by owners.
Moving forward from the master, the office/desk area and laundry area amidship are a useful and practical design. To port, over/under bunks and head with full shower make the crew comfortable and available to monitor the overnight fishing action.
The bow VIP guest suite is huge and has a large ensuite head and full shower. It features plenty of drawer and hanging storage. The layout of this cabin was an innovation that has been become commonplace, with the island pedestal queen bed that can be accessed from both sides.
