Southbay has one of the best warranties in the industry.  Lifetime structural elements wood structures and aluminum below deck welding.  Floor and vinyl and bimini fabric are covered for 5 years.  Southbay uses a Z42 composite deck that is 1 piece with no seams.  The flooring is weather and fade resistant.  They integrate the deck trim and rub rail and do not use glue therefore there isn't a detachment due to glue failure.  Southbay air pressurizes their pontoons and that increases the rigidity and durability of the pontoons.
